  • Free shipping on retail orders above NPR 5,000.

  • For B2B bulk orders, shipping fees are based on weight and delivery zone and will be quoted before checkout.

💸 Refund & Return Policy

For Retail (B2C) Customers:

  • You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.

  • Items like perishables, hygiene products, or personalized goods are non-refundable unless defective.

For B2B Clients:

  • Returns on bulk orders are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered goods.

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and invoice details.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or store credit.

  • Zilla Mart reserves the right to refuse refunds if return policies are not followed.
